The Nuggets have signed Johnny O’Bryant to a 10-Day after waiving Mo Williams for the second time.
Denver, Jan. 26, 2017 – The Denver Nuggets have signed forward Johnny O’Bryant to a 10-day contract, General Manager and Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations Tim Connelly announced today.
O’Bryant, 6-9, 257, has appeared in 24 games (all starts) for the Northern Arizona Suns of the NBA D-League this season, averaging 18.2 points, 8.6 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.00 steals in 32.4 minutes. The LSU product was selected with the 36th overall selection in the 2014 NBA Draft by the Milwaukee Bucks. He appeared in 100 games (19 starts) for Milwaukee from 2014-16, averaging 3.0 points and 2.4 rebounds in 12.2 minutes per game.
O’Bryant will wear #9 and will be available for Thursday’s game vs. Phoenix.
