The Denver Nuggets will face the Orlando Magic in the final game of a six game home stand. The Nuggets look to close the home stand 5-1 after a huge win Thursday night against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Orlando Magic are playing on the second night of a back-to-back after beating the Phoenix Suns Friday night. Magic point guard Elfrid Payton has been ruled out, which leaves Shelvin Mack as the Magic’s only true PG active tonight (Augustin hamstring). The lack of depth at point guard could be exactly what the Nuggets need to get Jamal Murray going. While Murray hasn’t reached double figures in four games, Emmanuel Mudiay has been spectacular. Over his last six games, Mudiay has an Offensive Rating of 108.
7/7 FGM. 4/4 3PM. 19 points.

What to watch for: prized free agent Paul Millsap will have his hands full tonight with Magic forward Aaron Gordon. Gordon is averaging a career high in PPG, TRB, AST and his field goal percentage is leading a Magic team who has greatly exceeded expectations so far this year.
From last season to now, ORL's offense is unrecognizable.
Last year, they were 29th in offensive efficiency, 29th in True Shooting %, 29th in 3PT% and 28th in FG%.
This year, they are 6th in offensive efficiency, 4th in True Shooting %, 1st in 3PT% (!) and 6th in FG%.

Key to the game: Ball movement. The Nuggets need to attack a tired team coming into the Mile High city early and often. Ball movement on missed shots in the first half could lead to a tired Magic team in the second half. The Nuggets have failed to reach 20 assists only twice this season. If the Nuggets are to win, look for that number to sit around 25-30.
